入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Any patient undergoing Caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia.
- •2.Willingness to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Repeat caesarean section
- •2.Any previous non-obstetric abdominal surgery
- •3.Administration of general anaesthesia
- •4.Vertical skin incision or classical caesarean section
- •5.Any other surgical procedure done along with LSCS
- •6.Any contraindication for TAP block
- •7.Previous history of allergy to Bupivacaine
- •8.Any history of prolonged analgesic intake for > 1month in the last 1year for any musculoskeletal disorder
- •9.Any psychiatric disorder
- •10.Unwillingness to participate in the study
