•Women in the age group of 20 to 40 years.
•Women who have more than 80 ml blood loss during their menstrual cycle.
•Patients willing to sign the informed consent follow the protocol and participate in clinical trial voluntarily.
•The patient with PCOD, Ovarian cyst.

•The patient with uterine fibroid.
•The patient was unwilling to sign the consent form.
•The patient has a history of AIDS, syphilis, and gonorrhoea.
•History of cardiovascular, renal, or liver disease
•History of diabetes (Type 1 or Type 2)
•Patients with systemic disease and malignancy
•Individuals of alcohol and other substance abuse.
•Pregnant and lactating women.
•Females who become pregnant during the study become excluded.
•Individuals who have a history of drug therapy used three months previous to enrolment in the study.
•Individuals with untreated thyroid disease/bleeding disorders.
•Patient having IUCD.
