入选标准
- •Males and females with a confirmed American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR) classification of SSc
- •Aged 18+ years
- •Fluent in the English language
排除标准
- •Absolute contraindication to exercise
- •Inability to cycle on an upright bike
- •Renal impairment (eGFR <30mL/min/1.73m2)
- •Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension
- •Current Atrial Fibrillation
- •Heart failure and/or LVEF <50%
- •Severe ILD defined as Forced Vital Capacity (FVC) <45% (predicted), single-breath carbon monoxide diffusing lung capacity (DLCO) corrected for haemoglobin <30% (predicted)
- •Contraindication to MRI (pacemaker, defibrillator or any implanted foreign body, severe claustrophobia)
- •Pregnancy or currently breastfeeding
- •Gadolinium allergy
