- •Recreational Athletes who:
- •1. Participate in sports recreationally
- •2. Have no known history of lower extremity injuries for the past 1 year and were free of musculoskeletal ailments.
- •3. Have no injuries/illnesses that prevent them from participating in squatting, jumping, or landing tasks.
- •4. Complete the pre-participation test successfully.

- •Recreational Athletes who:
- •1. Have a history of any musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.
- •2. Have any skeletal deformities of the lower limb preventing accurate marker placement and analysis.
