入选标准
- •Diagnostic criteria of western medicine: the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome is based on Rotterdam standard.
- •Syndrome differentiation standard of phlegm and dampness in TCM:
- •Main syndrome:
- •1. long marriage with infertility;
- •2. long menstrual cycle, or gradually amenorrhea;
- •3. less menstrual volume, light color.
- •Accompanied syndrome:
- •1. obesity;
- •2. The stomach ruffians full;
- •3. loose stool;
- •4. more belt down. Tongue pulse: tongue light fat, white greasy coating, pulse slip and weak. Three main syndrome must have, with 1-2 accompanied syndrome, can be diagnosed with reference to the tongue pulse.
排除标准
- •(1) hyperprolactinemia, thyroid disease, Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal cortical hyperplasia, androgen-secreting tumor and other diseases that can lead to hyperandrogenemia;
- •(2) acute inflammation of the reproductive system;
- •(3) a history of major mental illness or family history.
