- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢After 1-2 days of injury
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Subjects who are fully conscious and willing to participate
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Individual with pain in ankle
- •Grade II ankle sprain
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Tenderness restricted to lateral ligament
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Swelling over the ankle
排除标准
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Sedentary individual
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Individual who does not play the game
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Individual who are below or above age mentioned.
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Individual with prior skin conditions
