- •Singleton live pregnancy with cephalic presentationGestational age >=37 weeks
- •Spontaneous premature rupture of membrane confirmed by history and examination Bishop score <6.
排除标准
- •Features of chorioamnionitis
- •Previous lower segment cesarean section/myomectomy/hysterotomy
- •Contraindication to prostaglandin use
- •Contraindication to vaginal delivery
- •Grand Multipara (parity >=5)
