- •Patients will be selected according to DSM-V
- •and ICD 10 criteria
- •A score of less than 24 on HAM-A scale
- •Age group of 20 to 50 years of either sex
- •Restlessness or Feeling keyed up easily fatigued Difficulty in concentrating Irritability
- •Muscle tension Sleep disturbance

- •A score of more than 24 on HAM-A scale
- •GAD associated with other disorders like neurological disorders systemic conditions
- •endocrine disorders deficiency states toxic condition idiopathic psychological disorders
- •Chittodvega due to direct physiological effect of a substance (e.g. a drug abuse, a
- •medication) or a general medical condition (e.g. Hyperthyroidism)
