简要总结
In this study, administration of intravenous lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg as a loading dose followed by a maintenance infusion 2 mg/kg/h could not decrease the total dose of propofol used for sedation during colonoscopy. We found that lidocaine could improve hypotension in the early phase of induction but had no effect on other hemodynamic parameters or on the adverse event rate.

入选标准
- •1. 18-75 years old patients
- •2. ASA physical status 1-3
- •3. colonoscopy under TIVA
排除标准
- •1. allergy to lidocaine and other drug that use in our protocol
- •2. cardiac arrhythmia
- •3. O2sat below 95% on room air
- •4. AST or ALT above 2 times from baseline
- •5. GFR below 45 ml/min/1.73m3
- •6. epilepsy
- •7. patients who cannot communicate.
- •8. patients who take hypnotic or analgesic drug longer than 3 months
- •9. patients with History of drug abuse or alocohol intoxication
- •10.patients refuse to participate in the research.
