- •The inclusion criteria for recruiting in the study are:
- •1. Age group of 10-35 years of age.
- •2.Patients with the history of irreversible pulpitis.
- •3.Pain will be, sharp, piercing, continuous pain and spontaneous in nature
- •4.Pain will be exacerbated on bending down or lying down.
- •5.Patients with the decayed permanent molars with three canals (Maxillary and Mandibular)
排除标准
- •The inclusion criteria for exclusion of participants in the present trial are:
- •1.Patients with the clinical or radiographic evidence of peri apical abscess or cyst
- •2.Vital or non-vital mandibular permanent molars without sinus tract,
- •3.Teeth with internal or external pathologic root resorptions
- •4.Teeth showing the root canal curvatures more than 30 degrees.
- •5.Maxillary and Mandibular molars with more than three root canals
- •6.Patients with history of chronic systemic diseases.
- •7.Teeth with any morphological abnormalities.
- •8.Teeth with calcified canals and pulp stones.
