- •Diagnosed hip and/or knee joint arthrosis, ability to consent to participate in the study, age over 18 years
排除标准
- •Inability to give consent (clear cognitive deficits), lack of knowledge of the German language, severe internal or neurological underlying disease, severe joint contractures that prevent correct execution of the exercises, hip, knee and ankle arthrodeses, unstable or non-stable fractures, severe osteoporosis
