- •1.Histologically proven squamous cell carcinoma of oral cavity
- •2.T1 to T4a(skin) N0 N1 disease intended to be treated with radical radiotherapy
- •3.ECOG Performance Status 0,1
- •4.Patients willing to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •1.Age <18 or >70 yrs.
- •2.Non squamous cell carcinoma of head and neck region
- •3.N2 & above
- •4.Field size > 81 sq cm
- •5.Prior chemotherapy & radiotherapy
- •6.Metastatic disease
- •7.Pregnant women
- •8.Mentally unfit to give consent
