•Patients undergoing elective, isolated off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.
•Adult patients aged 30 years or older.
•Patients undergoing either single-vessel or multi-vessel off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting procedures.
•Patients admitted to the postoperative cardiac intensive care unit following surgery.

•Emergency cardiac surgery.
•On-pump coronary artery bypass grafting procedures.
•Minimally invasive cardiac surgery.
•Combined cardiac procedures, including valve surgery, aortic surgery, or redo cardiac surgery.
•Severe preoperative cardiac dysfunction, defined as left ventricular ejection fraction of 35 percent or less, requirement for inotropic or vasopressor support, or preoperative mechanical ventilation.
•End-stage renal disease requiring chronic dialysis.
•Requirement for postoperative mechanical circulatory support, including intra-aortic balloon pump, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, or ventricular assist devices.
