入选标准
- •Age range : 18-50 yr
- •Gender : Both ( Male and Female)
- •Patients having moderate/severe chronic periodontitis with contralateral sites having PPD and CAL = 5mm and radiographic evidence of horizontal bone loss after phase 1 therapy.
- •Systemically healthy patients
排除标准
- •Patients under any antimicrobial therapy within the preceding 3 months
- •Smokers, tobacco chewers
- •Pregnant, lactating patients
- •Immunocompromised patients
- •Patient on orthodontic treatment
- •Patients with previous history of periodontal treatment
