- •Adult patients over 19 years of age undergoing robotic esophagectomy
排除标准
- •1) emergency operation
- •2) open surgery
- •3) laparoscopic surgery without using a robot
- •4) planned concomitant major surgery
- •5) patients at risk of pneumothorax
- •6) patients with elevated ICP
- •7) pulmonary morbidity requiring preoperative oxygen therapy
- •8) use of a circulatory assist device before surgery (ECMO, IABP)
- •9) use of preoperative tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation
- •10) when the value of positive end expiratory pressure applied during surgery changes
- •11) disagreement for participating in the study
