Topic :A Study on Anal Incontinence and Recurrence of Fistula in ano treated by Surgeries/ksharsutra/IFTAK
Plan of study: total 100 patients of fistula in ano will be registered from OPD/IPD of department of shalya tantra and general surgey, SSH,BHU, VARANASI. the study will be carried out in two groups 50 in each group
GROUP A : assesment of recurrence and anal incontinence in fistula in ano treated by conventional ksharsutra therapy and IFTAK surgery with the help of manometry and MRI
GROUP B: assesment of anal incontinence in fistula in ano treated by modern surgeries of fistula in ano with the help of manometry and MRI.
INCLUSION CRITERIA: age between 18 - 50 yrs irrespective of sex.
EXCLUSION CRITERIA: patients having malignant fistula in ano, anaemic, tubercular, CA colon.

- •Patient of complex fistula in ano undergoing surgeries/ksharsutra Age between 18 to 50 irrespectives to sex.
排除标准
- •Malignant fistula in ano Uncontrolled Diabetes Anemia Chrons Disease Ulcerative Colitis CAcolon CA Rectum Ileoceacal Tuberculosis SRUS(Single Rectal ulcer syndrome) Non Ambulatory patient Immunocompromised patient.
