A quasi experimental study to assess the effectiveness of psycho-educational intervention on internet addiction, anxiety, social relationship and stress among adolescents studying in selected schools of district Amritsar, Punjab.

As  internet increasingly becomes part of our lives, internet addiction disorder has received much attention. A  high rate of comorbid mental disorders has also been reported, especially anxiety symptoms and social impairement. Hence, the investigator feels that there is need to assess the internet addiction among adolescents and to educate them to minimize the impact on ones health.
