- •ASA class II-III adult patients (ages 19 - 69)
- •Patients undergoing gynecological surgery via laparoscopy
- •Patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus before surgery
排除标准
- •1) Children (< 19 years of age)
- •2) Elderly (= 70 years)
- •3) Pregnant and nursing mothers
- •4) Patients with unstable vital signs
- •5) Patients at high risk of pulmonary aspiration
- •6) Individuals taking medications that can affect gastrointestinal motility (opioids, antispasmodics)
- •7) Patients receiving enteral tube nutrition
- •8) Emergency surgery
- •9) Patients who do not consent to participate in the study
- •10) Patients with liver or kidney disease
