- •1. Patient of either gender
- •2. Age between 30-70 years
- •3. Suffering from type II DM
- •4. Duration of disease less than 5 years
- •5. Derranged autonomic functions test as detected by various tests.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with associated hypertension,
- •2.Patients who are already on ACEI,
- •3.Beta blockers or
- •4.aldose reductase inhibitor
- •5.Patients with altered KFT
- •6.Pregnant & lactating women
