•Individuals 18-85 years old; pain-free full range of motion of shoulder, elbow and wrist

•Women who are pregnant; Systemic neurological disease or injury (Parkinson’s disease, Multiple sclerosis, Stroke, etc.); Systemic inflammatory disease or arthropathy (i.e. Rheumatoid arthritis); Hemophilia or other forms of bleeding disorders, or use of anti-coagulation medications (if fine-wire EMG will be used); Consistent use of narcotic pain medication or anti-inflammatory medication; Upper extremity weight-bearing used for mobility; Previous fracture to the upper extremity being tested; Previous surgery to the upper extremity being tested; Seeking care from a healthcare provider for the upper extremity to be tested (i.e. pain, arthritis, etc.) either currently or within the last 6 months; Previous or current imaging showing a full thickness rotator cuff tear in the arm to be tested; Shoulder pain with cervical spine motion; Previous or current substantial pain in the upper extremity to be tested
