入排标准
入选标准
- •Subjects with lakshanas of parikartika (fissure in ano)
- •Adult patients aged between 21-60 yeras of either sex
- •Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of anal fissure by anorectal examination
- •Patients who are willing to sign on the informed consent
排除标准
- •Patients having anal fistulas or anal fissure of various causes such as Crohnâ??s disease, Ulcerative colitis, anal suppuration, abscesses (Secondary underlying causes).
- •Patients having anal or perianal malignancy.
- •Patients who are pregnant.
- •Patients with auto-immune disease, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
- •Patients with history of HIV/HBV/HCV infection in the past.
- •Patients currently participating in another clinical trial for any indication or has participated in any clinical trial in the last 30 days.
- •Patient not willing to sign on the informed consent document or not willing to come for follow-up visits
- •K/C/O Chronic Liver Disease, Renal failure
