- •Elective unilateral open inguinal hernia surgery under spinal anaesthesia
- •Patients giving consent for procedure

- •Patients with allergy to local anaesthetics

- •Severe hepatic or renal disease
- •Ejection fraction <30%, valvular heart disease.
