•We aim to recruit a study population of:
•- age from 18-40 years
•- who are sexually active with a male partner
•- and agree to track their sexual behavior,
•- as well as their intention of family planning for the following cycle
•- who use the app Lady Cycle to avoid pregnancy and
•- who are willing to participate in the study for at least one year
•During this process
•- the participants must not take any sexual hormones and
•- at the time of entry to the study, the participants must not be pregnant
•NFP-beginners are defined as women,
•- who registered in the app less than three months ago
•- the data collection starts with the first cycle entered into the ladycycle app
•For postpartal, postabortal or postpill participants,
•- the first three cycles of the data collection will be dismissed to ensure a fertile population with risc exposure of an unplanned pregnancy.
•The study addresses especially women in German-speaking countries. Women in other countries with a different language are also allowed to participate in the study as long as the costs for the translation of the study documents are taken by the foreign counselling centres and a Sensiplan counseling service is available.

•amenorrhea, known occlusion of oviduct, known OAT syndrome, known fertility disorders
