- •- Treatment-patient relationship: first contact
- •- HIT-6 questionnaire score> 45

- •- Trigemino-autonomic headache
- •- cluster headache
- •- neurological, psychiatric and medical disorders
- •- acute inflammation
- •- Coronary heart disease
- •- skull and facial fracture

- •- drug-induced headache
- •- chronic immunological diseases
- •- malignant tumor disease
