- •UNDERGOING OFF PUMP CORONARY ARTERY BYPASS SURGERY.
排除标准
- •CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE(pre-op Serum creatinine more than 2mg/dl or 177microMol/liter.
- •Obesity(BMI more than 30kg/m2).
- •Malnourished(BMI less than 18.5kg/m2).
- •LOCAL SKIN INFECTION.
- •EMERGENCY SURGERY,RE-EXPLORATION OR RE-DO SURGERY.
- •BILATERAL INTERNAL MAMMARY ARTERY GRAFTING.
- •ALLERGIC TO VANCOMYCIN.
