- •Male or Female > 18 years
排除标准
- •1. Cholecystectomy for malignant disease
- •2. Patients with history of alcohol consumption
- •3. Haemochromatosis
- •4. Wilsonâ??s disease
- •5. Autoimmune hepatitis
- •6. Primary biliary cirrhosis
- •7. Sclerosing cholangitis
- •8. Biliary obstruction
- •9. Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency
- •10. Ischaemic cardiac or cerebrovascular disease
- •11. Use of oestrogens, amiodarone, steroids, tamoxifen or lipid lowering agents
- •12. Viral hepatitis (positive serum hepatitis B surface antigen or positive serum hepatitis C â??antibody)
- •13. Pregnancy
- •14. Patients with history of bowel resection
- •15. Diabetes mellitus
- •16. BMI > 30
