入选标准
- •Inclusion criteria for healthy participants. 1. No history of neurological or psychological problems, 2. No history of musculoskeletal problems and osteoporosis, 3. Able to follow command (score more than 23 by Mini Mental State Examination or MMSE Thai version 2002) Inclusion criteria for PD participants. 1. Diagnosed with idiopathic PD with stable motor symptoms during ON phase of medication treatment, 2. Hoehn & Yahr stage range from II to IV, 3. Able to standing independently, 4. Able to follow command (score more than 23 by Mini Mental State Examination or MMSE Thai version 2002) Inclusion criteria for PD with PA and FNF participants. The same criteria as PD participants and presents of additional criteria as followings, 1. Diagnosed with one type of PD related PA such as camptocormia, antecollis, and Pisa syndrome, or presenting postural abnormalities evaluated by 2 to 4 score in posture item of MDS-UPDRS, 2. Present of FNF more than 40 degrees from vertical reference line (craniovertebral angle less than 60 degrees)

- •Exclusion criteria for healthy participants. 1. Present of FNF more than 40 degrees from vertical reference line (craniovertebral angle less than 60 degrees) 2. Presenting of pain or problems which limit cervical range of motion
- •Exclusion criteria for PD participants. 1. Diagnosed with secondary parkinsonism from other causes 2. Presenting severe dyskinesia (screened by MD-UPDRS score 3 to 4) 3. Presenting on-off fluctuations (screened by motor fluctuation part of MD-UPDRS score) 4. Have history of osteoporosis, neurological or psychological dysfunction 5. Have history of spinal surgery or spinal diseases which limited spinal mobility such as ankylosing spondylitis, vertebral fractures, radiculopathy, degenerative spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, or scoliosis, 6. Have history of muscle weakness problems such as myasthenia gravis, motor neuron disease, polio or post-polio syndrome, myositis, amyloid or thyroid myopathy, 7. Presenting symptomatic joint diseases or soft tissue injuries which cause of limited ROM such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, degenerative osteoarthritis or muscle pain, 8. Unable to stand independently, 9. Present of FNF more than 40 degrees from vertical reference line (craniovertebral angle less than 60 degrees), 10. Diagnosed with one type of PD related PA such as camptocormia, antecollis, and Pisa syndrome, or presenting postural abnormalities evaluated by 2-4 score in posture item of MDS-UPDRS, 11. Have history of DBS surgery or received muscle relaxants such as lidocaine and botulinum toxin for PA treatment, 12. Psychiatric illness, alcohol or substance abuse during the time of study, 13. Sustained and poor controlled depression or anxiety (screened by Thai Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale or Thai HADS)
- •Exclusion criteria for PD with PA and FNF participants
- •1. Diagnosed with secondary parkinsonism from other causes
