- •patients with cardiovascular or respiratory disorders, diabetes , hypertension
- •obesity (BMI >30KG/m2)
- •difficult airway
- •history of sleep apnea
- •eye surgery, orbital trauma
- •surgery lkasting for more than 2 hrs
