- •1. pain in the renal angle and loin region radiating towards groin.
- •2. Age between 18-60 year
- •3. Irrespective of sex
- •4. Stone size up to 15mm
- •5. Radiographic / USG evidence of the stone
排除标准
- •1. Renal failure
- •2. case of immediate surgical itervention.
- •3. Severe haematuria.
- •4. Stone size more than 15mm
- •5. patients of carcinoma
- •6. pregnant female
- •7. complication like pyonephrosis,glomerulonephritis and renal failure
- •8. patient of shukrashmari
- •9. HIV , VDRL , HEPATITIS-B positive
