入选标准
- •All adult patients [ age > 18 years to 65 years] admitted to Surgical Trauma Critical Care unit on mechanical ventilation after 24 hours of ICU admission will be included in the study.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with GCS <8
- •2.The patients with unstable spine and unstable pelvic fractures
- •3.The patient with head injury with increased intracranial pressure and /or ICP monitor
- •4.Hemodynamically unstable patient on vasopressors
- •5.Pregnant patients
- •6.Patients with active bleeding
