简要总结
The selection criteria will be applied when screening the participants. Written informed consent will be acquired from those who meet the selection criteria following a thorough description of the study’s protocol. The patients are divided into 2 groups (Group A and Group B). Before the intervention begins, baseline data for each outcome measure will be gathered from every participant. At eight weeks, post-intervention data will be gathered. For eight weeks, treatment will be administered 3 times a week.
PROTOCOL
GROUP A: Kendall Exercise with hot pack
GROUP B: National Academy of Sports Medicine Exercise protocol with hot pack

入选标准
- •Participants must exhibit clinical signs of forward head posture as assessed through visual inspection or our standarised measurement tool (CVA Angle) through Kinovea software Age group between 18-25 years Both males and females will be included Occupation related risk (like desk worker,students).
排除标准
- •Participants being older than 25 years Past history of trauma or injury of head, neck, spine Participants who had undergone any past surgery of head, neck, pine from last 6 months Participants having other postural deformities like scoliosis, kyphosis etc.
- •Participants with cognitive impairment Participants who are using any posture correcting devices like neck braces, posture correctors Participants with neurological and musculoskeletal disorders Participants who have undergone any previous treatment for forward head posture within past 6 months Participants who are engaged in any other exercise program Uncooperative patients and patients not willing to participate in the study.
