入选标准
- •(a) elderly people in nursing homes (independent of age, sex or diagnosis)
- •(b) no frailty or maximum of mild to moderate frailty (clinical frailty scale: Level <5, Rockwood [13] (evaluated by nursing staff or legal guardian)
- •(c) physical and psychological ability to participate in group exercises (evaluated by nursing staff)
- •(d) cognitive abilites to give informed consent (evaluated by nursing staff or legal guardian)
- •(e) sufficient speech and hearing ability
排除标准
- •diagnosed swallow, speech or language imapairment (speech pathology; EAT-10 Score <2), moderate to severe dementia (DemTect =8), life expectancy less than 6 months (double surprise question)
