排除标准
- •body mass index (BMI) more than 40
- •renal or hepatic insufficiency
- •localized infection at the site of regional anesthetic intervention
- •allergy to local anesthetic
- •chronic opioid use
- •pre-existing lower extremity neurological deficit
- •patient refusal
