The total number of subjects initially aimed for in this study was 40 but due to the disruption in data collection, the data from 3 subjects were omitted, and a total of 20 control subjects and 17 low back pain patients were used for data analysis. In the lateral bending axis, the maximum lumbar angle and the maximum lumbar excursion during the wall plank-and-roll test was seen in low back pain patients, which yielded P-values of 0.007 and 0.04, respectively, using the student's t-test.

入选标准
- •Healthy subjects: Normal adults between 18-65 years of age with no history of back pain for 12 weeks prior to participation
- •Low back pain patients: Patients between 18-65 years of age with history of back pain for 12 weeks prior to participation
排除标准
- •Healthy subjects: subjects who have experienced low back pain in the past 12 weeks, subjects who otherwise have special conditions that are considered unsuitable for this research
- •Low back pain patients: patients with radicular pain radiating beyond the gluteal folder, patients with medical prescription or surgery for LBP during the 12 weeks leading up to the study, patients with treatment-related or non-treatment nerve damage in the spinal area, patients with conditions associated with generalized pain, psychological disorders such as depression requiring regular medication, pregnancy, or inability to participate in the experiment due to external factors.
