入选标准

  • 1. Age between 18 and 80 years (both male and female).
  • 2. A confirmed diagnosis of stroke by a neurologist, supported by MRI or CT findings.
  • 3. First stroke; time since stroke occurrence between two to six months.
  • 4. stable medical conditions, characterized by consistent vital signs.
  • 5. Capacity to comprehend and follow two-step instructions.

排除标准

  • 1. The presence of orthopedic or neurological conditions that could adversely influence gait or balance, including but not limited to severe osteoarthritis, recurrent stroke, cardiac conditions, vestibular disorders like vertigo, or Parkinson's disease.
  • 2. History of lower limb surgical procedures, such as knee or hip arthroplasty, which might impede mobility.
  • 3. Complaints of leg discomfort (pain score 8/10) or pronounced fatigue on the day slated for assessment.
  • 4. Having undergone the standard physical therapy program in the intensive care unit for fewer than 16 sessions (less than 80% of total sessions).
