入选标准
- •1. Histologically proven cases of left sided breast carcinoma after mastectomy with or without lymph node positivity planned for DIBH-RT.
- •2. Karnofskyâ??s performance scale score (KPS) greater than or equal to 70
排除标准
- •1.Patients with BCS
- •2.Right sided breast carcinoma
- •3.Metastatic disease
- •4.KPS score <70
- •5.Patients with medical history of active cardiac diseases like arrhythmias, myocardial infarction, and congestive heart failure.
- •6.Inability to establish a reproducible breathing pattern.
- •7.Inability to maintain breath holding for 20secs at least due to compromised lung function.
- •8.Need for sedation.
- •9.Patients with flap reconstruction.
- •10.Patient refusal.
