入选标准
- •adults with a BMI > 35 kg/m2 with comorbidities or a BMI > 40 kg/m2;Co-morbidities:
- •Diabetes mellitus type 2
- •Insuline resistance (defined by the HOMA-index, based on insulin/glucose ratio)
- •Dyslipidaemia
- •Hypertension
- •Sleep-apnoea syndrome
- •Steatosis, steatohepatitis
- •Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
排除标准
- •No understanding ofDutch language
- •intelectual disability (IQ < 80)
- •treatable cause of obesity
- •no motivation to participate in study
- •Psychopathology needing different treatment modalities
- •High risk anaesthesia
- •serious eating disorder
- •Active gastro-intestinal disease
- •alcohol or drugs abusus
- •Length of hear less than 3cm
- •Revision of earlier bariatric surgery
