- •1)Patient suffering from severe systemic illness (severe anaemia, diabetes, hypothyroidism)
- •2)Patient suffering from immune deficiency ( HIV infection, steroid therapy)
- •3)Patient of complete burst abdomen
- •4)Patient with allergy to any of the study medication
