简要总结
Single blinded randomised clinical trial, recruiting 44 participants diagnosed with lumbar radiculopathy. Held within period of 1 year .we will be giving intervention for 2 group. 1st group mckenzie exercises and Spinak decompression therapy and mckenzie exercise and for 2nd group only mckenzie exercises. With a follow up at 4th week and 12th week

入选标准
- •Referred by the Orthopaedician Male and female aged between 25 to
- •LBP with unilateral radiating pain for at least 3 weeks.
- •Positive Straight leg raise test at hip flexion 30- 70 degree Positive Slump test Patients with MRI and x ray on availability.
- •Experience of centralization of symptoms during repeated movements .
- •VAS score 4 or more Sensory abnormalities Motor weakness.
排除标准
- •On medications (NSAIDS, Corticosteroids).
- •Red flags: Cancer, Inflammation or any infection, need for urgent surgery due to cauda equina syndrome or worsening weakness.
- •Past surgical history on LS, hip or pelvis.
- •Deformities in spine Ankylosing spondylitis Spondylolisthesis Multiple level disc herniation and degeneration Pregnancy Vascular, pulmonary or coronary artery disease.
