- •1)Neonatal Patients posted for elective and emergency surgery under general anaesthesia requiring
- •Endotracheal intubation.
- •2) Age: up to 1 month
- •3)Gender: Either gender.
- •4)ASA I & II
排除标准
- •1) Patients with difficult airway:
- •Mouth opening of <2cm, Mallampatti class IV, limited neck extention, Anatomical abnormality of airway
- •2)H/o convulsion
- •3)URTI (upper respiratory tract infection)
- •4)Preexisting laryngeal or tracheal pathology
- •5) Patientâ??s parents/guardian not willing for participation
