- •ASA physical status I & II
- •Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgeries requiring endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •Patients with preexisting musculoskeletal disorders
- •Patients with preoperative increased serum potassium levels
- •Subjects who had received analgesics within 24 hours before scheduled surgery
- •Patients receiving sedatives other than those determined by the study protocol
- •Patients who are allergic to any of the study drugs
- •Patients with renal dysfunction
- •Patients with weight >70 Kgs
