- •o Experience with the implant >=6 months
- •Normally hearing subjects:
- •o Hearing loss < 20 dB HL for 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 and 8000 Hz.

- •o Inability to cooperate
- •o Cochlear implant users:
- •o Inactive electrodes surrounded by active electrodes
- •o Medical complications associated with the implant.
- •o Prelingual deafness.
