- •1. Healthy individuals having CVA less than 50 degrees.
- •2. Individuals with either gender with the age of 20-40 years.
- •3. People who had not sought medical attention for a neck or shoulder ailment.
排除标准
- •1. Individuals who have undergone any surgery involving spine.
- •2. Individuals having migraine and cervicogenic headache.
- •3. People with injuries, history of fracture or any other conditions of the shoulder girdle, spine or trunk.
- •Individuals who refuse to participate in the research.
