- •Patient with no coagulation abnormalities
- •Patients with no metabolic abnormalities
- •Duration of surgery <90minutes
- •Size of prostate < 80 grams

- •ASA III-IV
- •Anticoagulation or antithrombotic therapy.
- •Haematologic disease
- •Pulmonary and cardiac disorders
- •Renal and hepatic disorders
- •Malignant disease
- •Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
