入选标准
- •Patients at least 18 years old; of both sexes; who have neuropathic cancer pain assessed by the Questionnaire for the Diagnosis of Neuropathic Pain (DN-4), Nociceptive or Mixed, with pain intensity classified by Scale Visual Numerical greater than or equal to 4; who make chronic use of morphine, characterized as use more than three months ago
排除标准
- •Patients who present inability to communicate verbal or cognitive inability to perform Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) and non-tolerance within the time proposed therapy; patients with cardiac conditions such as cardiac pacemakers and cardiac arrhythmias; metallic implants at the site of electrode placement; epilepsy; dermatologic conditions, or skin lesions at the location of the pain that makes it impossible to attach the electrode and history of allergies to conductive gel componentes
