- •1. Aged 18 to79 years
- •2, ASA I-III grade
- •3. Patients who planned to undergo elective lower limb fracture surgery
排除标准
- •1. Patients with severe immune system diseases
- •2, long-term use of analgesic drugs
- •3. Preoperative psychiatric history and long-term drug use history
- •4. Severe heart, liver, kidney and lung diseases
- •5. Patients with other fractures requiring combined surgery
- •6. Coagulation dysfunction
- •7, do not agree to be selected or do not agree with the interviewer
