- •Interested in participation in face-to-face counseling sessions and committed to attending all counseling sessions
- •Literacy for reading and writing

- •Diagnosed depression or psychiatric illness under treatment
- •Facing a severe stressful event in the past year(Death of a loved one, Divorce, .. ..)
- •Suffering from debilitating diseases(Cancer, .. ..)
