- •1) patients suspicious of malignant disease 2) patients with high grade fever because of UTI 3) Hydeonephrosis>= grade 2 (Ellenfogen classification) 4) patients who can not be performed general anaesthesia 5) uncontrolled DM 6) Serum creatinine >1.5 mg/dl 7) AST or ALT >100 8) Patients with coagulation disorder
