- •3.Subjects in the age range of 18-55 years
- •4.Systemically healthy individuals

- •2.Pregnant and lactating women
- •3.Patients under antibiotic therapy in the past 6 months
- •4.Patients who have undergone any periodontal therapy within the previous 6 months.
