A novel PET probe F-18 NKO-035 PET examination targeting LAT1 (L-type amino acid transporter 1) was performed in lung cancer patients (n=9) and compared with immunostaining. The accumulation of F18-NKO-035 PET in lung cancer was low, and the correlation with the intensity of LAT1 expression in immunostaining was not clear. FDG-PET showed markedly high accumulation in lung cancers with high LAT1 expression. F18-NKO-035 should be further improved as a LAT1 probe.

入选标准

  • 1) Persons over 20 years old who have been diagnosed with lung cancer with a high probability by pathological diagnosis or CT examination
  • 2) Those who have a solid lesion with a maximum diameter of 2 cm or more in the lung in the CT examination
  • 3) The surgery is planned as above, and pathological evaluation of the lesion can be performed.
  • 4) Persons who have given their written consent to participate in this research

排除标准

  • 1) Persons whose general condition is extremely poor
  • 2) Pregnant women and breast-feeding subjects or those who wish to become pregnant
  • 3) Persons who need to use sedatives for PET/CT imaging
  • 4) Persons who are judged to be unsuitable for the research by the investigator
